Before GARDENSTORY was a comic, it was a series of concept art for a (hypothetical) video game I had in mind. It was my fantasy of a community-building game about protecting a garden. Players would fight invaders, like hungry rabbits, or stay within the garden walls to tend to the land.​

Perhaps, one day, I could actually make something like it? But for now, I've decided to bring new life to this idea by making it into a comic series!
